In addition, attendees will have a chance to see a demonstration of temporary flooding solutions by Dutch Water Prevention. This two-day event will be located at the Anderson-Clarke Center (Glasscock School of Continuing Studies) at Rice University.

​The conference registration fee includes handout materials, breaks, lunches, and reception. The conference agenda will be posted this summer. Up to 15 hours of CEU credit available.

Check-In
Please enter the lobby of Anderson-Clarke Center to check-in and receive your name badge on both days. On both days, Check-In opens at 8:00 a.m. and the conference starts promptly at 8:30. Grab a cup of coffee and mingle before the sessions begin. All sessions will be held in the Auditorium, unless noted in the schedule. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Parking & Directions**
This year’s event will be held at the Anderson-Clarke Center at Rice University, home to the Glasscock School of Continuing Studies. The closest parking lot is West Lot 5. Entrance #9 at the intersection of University Boulevard and Loop Rd provides the easiest access to West Lot 5 as Entrance 8 (University & Stockton) will closed for a Rice Crisis Management Exercise.
Overflow parking: Other paid parking options include: Greenbriar Lot (economical choice, $3 per each exit), Moody Lot, West Lot 2, or Central Garage underneath McNair Hall.

** TWO IMPORTANT UPDATES AS OF 09/21/2023**
1. For this year only, parking will be FREE in West Lot 5.
2. On Friday, October 13th, Entrance 8 and other roads around campus will be CLOSED as Rice Crisis Management (RCM) will
perform a full-scale exercise involving simulated emergencies with responding field units near Anderson-Clarke. A map will be
posted here before the conference.
